Coaching Company may use Clear GIFs for purposes including tracking the activities of Website visitors, managing content, and compiling statistics about Website usage. • To Coaching Company’s advisors (e.g. legal counsel, accountants, tax advisors, etc.) and auditors.

• To third-party software platforms or third-party data hosting or analytics programs, in order to run and operate the Website and enhance the user experience. The Collected Data may be processed and shared with those platforms or programs as it is processed through their systems. 

• Personal Information you provide over email, text message, telephone, or videoconference will be processed through Coaching Company’s email system, email host provider, internet host provider, website host provider, telecommunications provider, and/or videoconferencing provider. 

• To vendors who provide services to help run Coaching Company’s business (such as payment processors, banks, accounting firms, and third-party software services). Coaching Company does not itself keep your full credit or debit card details.
