Transformational Coaching is for individuals seeking profound personal transformation without the use of Psychedelic or Plant Medicines. We will work together to identify and shift limiting beliefs, release stored trauma, and create new, healthier patterns of behavior and ways of being. This approach integrates various subconscious and somatic healing modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Attachment Theory, to support your journey towards a more connected and aligned way of living.

Transformational Coaching can support you if you’re feeling any of the following:

• You have an awareness of your behaviors, reactions, or ways of being, but you don’t know how to change them.

• You want to learn how to truly love yourself, but aren’t really sure what that means or how to do it.

• You want to learn how to self-validate, rather than looking for approval from external sources.

• You are experiencing interpersonal relationship issues and want to improve communication, understanding, and empathy in relationships.

Preparation

I assist clients in preparing for their journey mentally, emotionally, and physically, helping them navigate the experience itself we well as the insights and potential challenges that may arise afterwards. By preparing ahead of time, we enhance the opportunity for lasting change.

Integration

Integration is essential for extending the insights and healing gained through psychedelic experiences into everyday life. Effective integration allows us to translate the understanding from our experiences into actionable and sustainable change.

Essential Psychedelic Prep & Integration Coaching includes:

• Intention setting

• Preparation for navigating the experience

• Guidance on specifics related to the chosen medicine

• Support choosing the most aligned medicine and facilitator or retreat (as needed)

• Support with integrating difficult experiences or building upon positive ones

• Integration practices to support your ongoing journey

Package includes a 4-session container

This holistic, longer-term coaching container combines everything offered in the Essentials Psychedelic Integration Coaching with the depth of Transformational Coaching.

By blending these two approaches, this comprehensive offering supports you in achieving deep, sustained transformation. It prepares you for your psychedelic experiences and helps integrate the profound insights into your everyday life, while also addressing and shifting deeper patterns and beliefs through transformational coaching.
